Description:

• We are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee and drive IT projects, utilizing both structured and agile methodologies.

• The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution, risk mitigation, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing IT projects using structured methodologies such as traditional project management and iterative development frameworks.

• Ability to coordinate with business units, technical teams, and external partners to align project objectives with organizational priorities.

• Strong skills in facilitating team collaboration, meetings, and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and feedback.

• Proficiency in tracking project progress, risks, and dependencies using reporting tools and performance metrics.

• Capability to foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

• Ability to ensure quality standards are met and project outcomes align with business expectations.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, overseeing software development, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with agile and structured project management methodologies, including iterative development and workflow optimization.

• Experience using project management tools for tracking and collaboration.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address project challenges.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K
