Job Title: IT Project Manager

Note: U.S. citizenship is contractually required for this position.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing data pipeline development and management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, clear communication, and a results-driven approach to managing complex, technical projects within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of data pipeline development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and system architects to define project goals, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and best practices in project execution.
• Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) effectively based on the project needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a minimum of three data pipeline development and management projects of similar size and complexity.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, ETL processes, and system integration.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and/or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe).
• Prior experience working within highly regulated or government environments.
