We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.

This role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

You will play a critical role in Microsoft Teams Calling project implementation, working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and update detailed project plans, including objectives, scope, schedules, funding, staffing, and technology requirements.
  • Establish and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) for IT projects.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, budget, and deadlines.
2. Risk Management & Problem Resolution
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Confer with project personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Teams Calling features with existing systems.
3. Communication & Reporting
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, risks, and resolutions.
  • Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
4. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with IT, operations, and external vendors for smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate team meetings, stakeholder discussions, and progress updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor†s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or telecommunications projects.
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
  • PCSM (Professional in Cloud Security Management)
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Database Query Software & Development Environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, its calling features, and integration capabilities.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
