This role is critical to overseeing and driving key projects, including the implementation of SAP HCM cloud solutions and an Onboarding 2.0 platform.u00a0Job Responsibilities for Project Manager, HR Technology (Contract)u2022 Lead the project management efforts for our HR Technology portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.u2022 Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.u2022 Manage and drive the implementation of SAP HCM Cloud, scheduled to kick off in Q4, and oversee the vendor selection and implementation process for Onboarding 2.0 starting in April.u2022 Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.u2022 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.u2022 Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.u2022 Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.u2022 Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.u2022 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.u00a0Qualifications for the Project Manager, HR Technology (Contract)u2022 Proven experience in project management, specifically in HR technology implementations such as SAP HCM Cloud.u2022 Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.u2022 Experience in vendor management, from selection through to project execution.u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and high-level stakeholders.u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple project commitments effectively.Contract Duration: Long-term, with specific project timelines tied to the SAP HCM implementation and Onboarding 2.0 project.u00a0Contact:Mark Krusinski, CPC (direct dial)
