IT Project Manager

Location: Calhoun, GA
Contract to Hire
Hybrid work schedules (3 days working from Office)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems and processes. Experience or familiarity with SAP environments is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management documentation.

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

• Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders and leadership regularly.

• Manage project changes, issues, and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate project meetings, conduct status reviews, and produce detailed documentation.

• Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or managing SAP projects.

• Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
