Job Description
- Leading and managing technology projects within the not-for-profit sector.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identifying and managing project risks.
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders about project status.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Upholding the organization's values and mission throughout all projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Project Manager should have:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Technology.
- A professional certification in Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing technology projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile delivery models) and confidence managing both technical and non-technical delivery.
- A commitment to the not-for-profit sector and a passion for making a difference.
