Job Description

  • Leading and managing technology projects within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying and managing project risks.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders about project status.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
  • Upholding the organization's values and mission throughout all projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Technology.
  • A professional certification in Project Management.
  • Proven experience in managing technology projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile delivery models) and confidence managing both technical and non-technical delivery.
  • A commitment to the not-for-profit sector and a passion for making a difference.
