IT Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an IT Project Manager to join one of our customers in the Greater Birmingham area to oversee cloud, infrastructure, and/or security projects for enterprise-level customers. This individual should have experience managing the lifecycle of technical projects, including planning and defining the scope, process flows, schedule management, and issue resolution. This position is external customer facing, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are pertinent.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment managing process flow around deployments, managing the end-customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, and mitigating issues that may arise

-Exposure to IT projects such as cloud/infrastructure/security deployments and understanding the steps involved in managing technical deployments or upgrades like these

-Strong communication and problem solving skills -Project Management Certifications (PMP, etc.)

-MSP or M&A domain experience null
