Job Description
A leading off-price retailer in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to join its IT Project Management Office (PMO) on a contract basis from May 2025 through February 2026. This role will lead a full end-to-end implementation and integration of Anaplanspecifically the PlanIQ and Optimizer modulesinto the companys existing Zebra Work Cloud workforce management platform. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for establishing a secure data hub with scheduled integrations, developing near-term and mid-term forecasts, and implementing both top-down and bottom-up budgeting processes. Additionally, the role will focus on optimizing labor budget allocation, generating comprehensive reports, and conducting "what-if" scenario planning to support strategic workforce decisions. A critical aspect of this position involves working closely with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leadership, so excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing large-scale IT projects within retail or workforce management environments. While direct experience with PlanIQ and Optimizer is a plus, it is not required. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are key. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with data integration and planning tools, as well as a solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and labor optimization methodologies.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of overall Project Management Experience
- 2+ years of experience leading an end to end implementation of Anaplan
- Ability to communication and present to high level executives
- Experience with a PPM tool (smartsheet, jira, confulence)
- PMP Certification - Experience leading an end to end implementation of Anaplan in a retail environment
- Experience implementing Plan IQ and Optimizer modules
- Familiarity with Zebra Work Cloud or similar platforms null
