IT Project Coordinator
Remote Summary: - Support portfolio leaders in the day-to-day management of portfolios and tools and processes supporting the PPM organization.
- Assist in the monitoring scope, budget, schedule, quality of portfolios.
- Manage small projects, as assigned.
- Monitors resource allocation across the PPM team.
- Supports delivery of all services under the portfolio.
- Support management of risk/issues, decisions and action items across portfolios.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to flex to different styles.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Collaborate with other PMs.
Day-to-Day: - Build the project plans to support the execution and delivery of the effort.
- Responsible for communicating project status.
- Ensures decisions, task completion, change management, issue and risk management are managed.
- Oversees resource plans; project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Manages integrity and consistency of activities and artifacts, using the applicable Enterprise PPM tool (system of record).
- Performs quality checks ensuring consistency in delivery across project teams on a project.
- Supports management of organizational change.
- Delegate and empower to act on your behalf.
- Partner with IT Scrum Masters/Team Iteration Managers.
- Build collaborative partnerships between business, IT and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, reporting tools, and building process flows and documenting procedures.
Work Experience: - 5+ years of experience in IT PMOs/Program and Project activities (Waterfall/Agile).
- 5+ years building process flows, creating documentation, creating reports
- 5+ years experience managing Programs/Projects using Enterprise PPM tools.
- 2+ years experience managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred: - PBM Experience/Healthcare
