Project Summary: The Client is seeking a dynamic Administrative/Project Coordinator with a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and desire to work in fast-paced, performance driven environment. The person will be the primary dministrative support nd coordinator for the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer . This position will be responsible for daily core dministrative tasks nd coordination of mission critical activities. In ddition, ad hoc projects will be performed s needed to support the multiple requests for information nd presentation by Executive IT Management, which includes Human Resource nd Financial analysis, IT Operational Planning, Training, nd Local Government Awards. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, mature, goal driven, fast learner with exceptional communication nd organization skills, and be very daptable to change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required to be successful in this role.

Job Duties nd Responsibilities:

The Strategy and Operations Project Coordinator will provide the following services (but not limited to):
  • Coordinate meetings on behalf of CSOO including preparation of gendas, distribution of meeting minutes taken, related correspondence, preparation of presentations, s well s ll follow up ctivities.
  • Conduct research, collect nd nalyzes data, prepare reports nd documents into consolidated charts/graphs.
  • Complete projects nd special ssignments:
    • establish objectives; determine priorities; manage time; gain cooperation of others; monitor progress; problem-solve, and djust plans as needed.
  • Send out friendly reminders for overdue ction items and follow up.
  • Record meeting minutes; the decisions nd ction in proper format.
  • Organize nd manage meeting materials both electronic nd hard copy.
  • bility to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent written nd oral communication skills required in dealing with ll levels of personnel within the EOHHS Secretariat.

Qualifications: Special skill sets or experience
  • Complex dministrative duties requiring significant degree of skill, reasoning, bility, understanding, independent judgement and decision making.
  • General understanding of IT technology/processes
  • Knowledge of the methods used in the preparation of charts, graphs, nd pivot tables.

  • Work t Home/Remote Requirements : Must ensure designated work re is free from distractions during work hours nd virtual meetings. Must provide high-speed, uninterrupted modem for a remote workspace.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience .
