How you'll spend your time as an IT Project Coordinator: - Keep high-stakes IT and network projects on track.
- Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
- Review project deliverables.
- Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly documented and stored.
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project documents, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
- Provide status updates.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as an IT Project Coordinator: - High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with IT, telecom or technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening skills, speaking clearly and concisely, and being easily understood.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations in a team environment.
- Strong writing and spelling skills, with the ability to document technical issues in detail.
