Program ManagerRequired Skills and Experience: - Proven track record serving as the primary point of contact for all technical, cost, and schedule performance matters
- Experience overseeing daily program operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage, assign, oversee, and review work of program personnel
- Expertise creating and maintaining accurate programmatic and technical documentation for effective program management
- Experience consulting with stakeholders including users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and prioritize mission objectives
- Willingness to travel internationally for work approximately one week per month
Desired Skill and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills with proven ability to work effectively across technical and leadership teams
- Experience preparing program management artifacts such as presentations and reports
