Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated
IT Program Manager to work
hybrid with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. This position will play a key role in managing infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity-related workstreams within a large-scale IT program. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities: - Establish, refine, and report on program schedules across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate team meetings, document minutes, and ensure deliverables are met on time
- Manage financial tracking and planning, including invoice reconciliation and forecasting
- Monitor the status of tasks across data center, compute, network, cloud, storage, and security areas
- Prepare materials for and lead program steering committee discussions, escalating risks and actions when needed
- Track and manage dependencies and project progress across concurrent initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field)
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in program or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure and security topics (compute, storage, network, cloud, etc.)
- Experience with program financials, reporting, and governance
- Proficient in project management tools and documentation best practices
Nice-To-Have Qualifications: - Background in cybersecurity
- Experience with disaster recovery or business continuity
- Previous work in large enterprise environments or regulated industries
