We are seeking an
IT Product Owner II to act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, driving the success of technology products, platforms, or services. In this role, you'll prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll gather feedback, measure product performance, and iterate on features to enhance the user experience. This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in product management, Agile practices, and stakeholder engagement while delivering customer-centric solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering - Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product needs, creating current and future state process maps to facilitate alignment and approval.
Product Roadmap Planning - Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap, defining features and release schedules that align with business objectives and user requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with teams across design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
Feature Prioritization - Evaluate and prioritize features based on user experience, business value, and technical feasibility.
Project Coordination - Organize project tasks and timelines to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and stay within scope.
Documentation - Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Testing and Validation - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate product features to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Performance Monitoring - Collaborate on defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on product features to enhance the overall user experience.
Learning and Development - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to product management and Agile methodologies.
Customer Support - Provide support to internal teams, addressing product-related inquiries and assisting with customer onboarding and training.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing - Share insights and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning.
Other Duties - Perform additional job-related responsibilities aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s) - Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
Experience - At least 1 year of relevant or practical experience in a related role.
