Position Summary
We are seeking an IT Sourcing Specialist to support procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services at Integrity. This role will help optimize technology spend, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with IT security and compliance standards. This role reports to the IT Procurement Category Manager.
The ideal candidate will have procurement experience in IT sourcing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships. This role requires collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to source SaaS solutions, enterprise software, IT services, cloud computing, and hardware infrastructure.
Position Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Assist in sourcing and contracting IT software, hardware, and services, including cloud solutions, SaaS, enterprise applications, networking equipment, and managed IT services.
- Conduct RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
- Monitor IT category spend and supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals, software licensing, and IT service agreements.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Assist in managing relationships with key IT suppliers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and assist in quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Research and evaluate new IT vendors and emerging technologies to enhance sourcing strategies.
Market Analysis & Risk Mitigation
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, cybersecurity risks, and emerging software/hardware solutions.
- Assess vendor risk related to data security, privacy regulations, and cloud adoption.
- Work closely with Legal, Cyber Security, and Compliance to ensure vendor compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to align sourcing initiatives with business needs.
- Support the IT Category Manager in executing procurement strategies and supplier negotiations.
- Assist in developing dashboards and spend reports to track IT category performance.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Experience sourcing SaaS, enterprise software, hardware, and IT services.
- Strong knowledge of IT contract negotiation, licensing models, and cloud-based procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools) to simplify and optimize productivity for the team, internal clients, and suppliers.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements for IT vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in-office full-time, with occasional travel (up to 15%).
