Title: IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer Location: Portsmouth, NH - 03801 Duration: 12 Months Job Description Summary - The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for planning and designing the services and solutions in collaboration with the service provider and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with Standards, Architecture, quality and security requirements. A focus of the role will be IT Infrastructure in the OT context (shopfloor, building management systems, laboratory systems, etc.).
- This position operates within the IT Infrastructure function and serves as a technical engineer spanning various infrastructure domains. As a member of the Global Infrastructure team, this role offers support to all Client sites.
- The position ensures service provider quality by managing relevant services through definition of KPIs, SLAs and associated measurements and reporting.
- Furthermore the role holder ensures that good IT practices, including good Documentation practices, IT security and change management practices are constantly adhered to.

- Senior Linux knowledge is highly desired
- Senior Windows Server knowledge is a must
