IT Operations Manager with Security Clearance

Amentum has a workforce of approximately 50,000 people in over 80 countries on all seven continents and is headquartered in Chantily, VA The candidate will perform the following duties: Responsible for the delivery of IT service and projects for operations and ensures end-to-end delivery of services based on Government-approved ITSM processes. Leads the analysis, planning, and implementation of ITSM initiatives in support of USACE operations and ensure its alignment with ITIL approaches. Identifies IT operational requirements Provides day-to-day leadership and quality control Provides expertise to continually improve the USACE implementation of ITIL practices with the goal of exceeding performance objectives and reducing costs and schedule. Additionally, ensures that all USACE-supported devices and systems are configured and have installed the latest patches to meet all cybersecurity and operational requirements. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: ITIL V4 Master Level Certification, or equivalent. Five years of experience in managing Enterprise IT operations similar in scope, to the requirements of this TO, including implementation of ITIL standards and principles. Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Possesses a certification in accordance with the DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) at the Advanced level. Five years of experience managing the device configuration and patch management for an enterprise operation of a similar size, scope, and complexity. Work Environment: This position is performed in a traditional office environment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation and Benefits Hiring salary range is $180k-$220K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
