Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the local desktop support team, managing work assignments, setting task priorities, and identifying coaching opportunities for process enhancement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between various business units, including Branch Management, Corporate Management, and IT teams.
- Plan and direct large-scale projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and upkeep of desktop equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to create business requirements, process documentation, training materials, and strategic planning.
Qualifications - High School diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in an IT department, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows technology along with proficiency in system platforms like AS400, 3GL, and 4GL.
- Be available for on-call support on a rotational basis and willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
