Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an
IT Operations Analyst to support and enhance technology infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing IT performance data, and supporting game-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
- Support IT operations for game days, training facilities, and front office needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and best practices.
- Analyze IT system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ticketing, video analysis, and data analytics platforms.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols across team systems.
- Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new IT technologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with league regulations and IT security policies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, network administration, or system support (sports industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (including game days and events).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with technology used in professional sports operations is a plus.
