As IT Modernization and Transformation Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing development delivery, system compliance, and managing budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will support resourcing strategy, effective stakeholder engagement, and fostering collaborative environments to drive innovation and meet organizational objectives. You will have demonstrated expertise in navigating complex IT landscapes to optimize operations and propel digital transformation initiatives forward. What you'll do: You will oversee the strategic management of the Air Force Security Forces IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements and contractual scope. You will manage IT modernization initiatives, oversee development delivery, monitor system compliance, and address budgetary constraints. You will support resourcing strategies, engage stakeholders effectively, and foster collaboration to drive digital transformation and operational optimization. What you'll need to succeed: An active Top-Secret security clearance 5+ years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in managing an Air Force Security Forces IT portfolio strategy, contractual scope and enterprise requirements. Experience developing and implementing strategic plans for Security Forces IT portfolio management. Experience identifying IT modernization initiatives based on business needs and objectives. Experience aligning IT portfolio strategy with overall organizational goals and technology roadmap. Experience managing the delivery of IT modernization projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Experience monitoring system compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Like we said, we are big fans of our people.
