Company Overview We are a growing and innovation-driven organization seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead and support our information technology operations. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in managing infrastructure, security, and support teams, while also contributing to long-term IT strategy. Both remote and on-site work options are available depending on your location and preference. Job Summary As an IT Manager, you will oversee the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and support operations. You will manage a team of IT professionals, ensure the stability and security of our tech environment, and lead key projects aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and support daily IT operations, including network, servers, cybersecurity, helpdesk, and software systems Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support and technical staff Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance measures are in place Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business performance Develop and enforce IT policies, best practices, and SOPs Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet technology needs Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's a plus) 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role Strong knowledge of systems administration, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and networking Experience managing IT projects and working with vendors Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft, or PMP are a plus Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment Reliable internet and remote access tools (for remote candidates) What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Flexible remote or on-site work environment Comprehensive benefits package (health, paid time off, retirement plans) Professional development and certification reimbursement A collaborative and inclusive company culture Opportunities to lead impactful technology projects How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter through this job posting.
