IT Manager

This position is responsible for managing Business Application projects and initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and drive system improvements. This position analyzes business processes, configures business systems, and leads cross-functional teams in implementing solutions that optimize operations and enhance productivity. This person has a strong understanding of ERP and other business systems and applications, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

Business Application Analysis and Design:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Business Application enhancements and implementations.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, aligning them with Business Application capabilities.

• Develop system design specifications, process flows, and user interface mock-ups to facilitate effective system configuration and customization.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage Business Application and related projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.

• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and allocate resources accordingly.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders.

System Integration and Data Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate Business Applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.

• Develop and maintain data conversion and maintenance plans, data mapping, and data validation strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

• Implement data governance processes to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and manage the Business Applications team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring Business Applications meet the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization within Business Application software systems and related business processes.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to Business Application systems, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent industry experience.

• 7 or more years as an ERP, RAS, or other business system or applications analyst or similar role, with a focus on system analysis, design, and configuration.

• In-depth knowledge of modern ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365/BC) and their modules, functionalities, and integration points.

• Experience in leading complex system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Relevant certifications in ERP systems, business analysis, or project management are a plus.

• Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
