JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking IT Manager to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining, managing and improving KIOTI's core infrastructure components. Additionally, the IT Manager will maintain reports on assigned systems and inventory, as well as plan for future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
  • SAP and Salesforce System Administration
    • o Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting from SAP and Salesforce software up and running, providing technical support to end users of SAP and Salesforce Basis, collaborating with the operation/dev-ops team
  • IT Operations:
    1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
    2. Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
    3. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.
  • Staff Management:
    1. Lead and supervise IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    2. Leader of a team that ensures systems support at all times, on-call either rotational or as required.
  • User Account Management:
    1. Creating, managing, and assigning user permissions and access levels.
    2. o Assists in maintaining fleet of end user devices through patching and lifecycle management, including Windows and Apple devices.
  • System Installation and Configuration
    1. Installing and configuring operating systems, applications, servers, and network devices.
    2. o Patching and maintaining core IT infrastructure components such as virtualization, storage, backup servers, and others as directed.
    3. Utilizes tools approved by IT manager to facilitate patch management, server monitoring, disaster recovery and others as prescribed.
    4. Applying software updates and security patches to systems regularly.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
    • o Acts as an escalation point for helpdesk staff.
    • Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, analyzing system logs.
    • Maintaining Active Directory, O365 components, CRM, MDM and other systems as prescribed.
    • o Available to be on call for emergencies as it relates to the IT department.
    • o Creating and maintaining relevant documentation for information systems.
    • o Monitors health/performance of infrastructure components.
  • Backup and Recovery:
    1. Implementing and maintaining data backup strategies, performing regular backups, and ensuring data recovery capabilities.
  • Security Management:
    1. Working together with security lead with Implementing and enforcing security policies, managing firewalls, and monitoring potential security threats.
  • Network Administration:
    1. Managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Performance Optimization:
    1. Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies.
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of related experience (operation, development, or project lead for ERP, Salesforce, and/or WMS)
  • Fundamental knowledge of services such as Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and/or SAP
  • Familiar with Power Shell.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Server operating systems
  • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
  • Familiar with VMware ESXi and vCenter products
  • Some familiarity with NetApp or other SAN environments
  • Understands basic networking concepts.
  • Able to describe and understand complex technical issues.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain fundamental understanding of client/server-based operating system.
  • Maintain knowledge of Microsoft system administration tools and processes.
  • Ability to analyze system problems, determine root causes and establish resolution.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Korean and English)
