We're looking for an IT Manager to serve as a key liaison between our client's clinical teams and IT department-playing a critical role in optimizing and supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other clinical applications. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a collaborative spirit, ready to help us advance healthcare delivery through technology.
What You'll be Doing
• Support and Maintain Clinical Applications - Manage daily operations of EHR systems (e.g., Greenway, Dentrix, Epic), ensure system updates, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with vendors for escalated support.
• Lead Implementations and Train Users - Collaborate with clinical teams to roll out new systems or upgrades and provide hands-on training to ensure adoption of new workflows.
• Optimize Workflows and Reporting - Analyze clinical processes, recommend improvements, and generate custom reports to support compliance, performance tracking, and operational decision-making
• Ensure Compliance and Security - Uphold HIPAA standards and work with the IT security team to enforce data protection, access controls, and audit protocols.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders - Serve as the liaison between IT, clinical teams, and vendors-communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly way.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Health IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience supporting EHRs and clinical applications (Greenway, Citrix, Dentrix, and MiPACS preferred).
• Background in a healthcare setting with an understanding of clinical workflows and terminology.
• Advanced troubleshooting of EHRs and clinical applications.
• Knowledge of databases, system integration, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data security protocols.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate across both technical and clinical teams.
Here's the important details:
• Location: Skokomish, WA (100% onsite, opportunity for hybrid after 6 months of employment)
• Salary: $130,000-$150,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
