Payrate: $120 - $140/yrSummary: The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of technology services across the organization. This role blends hands-on support, infrastructure oversight, vendor accountability, and team mentorship to drive outcomes that align with business needs. Success in this position is defined by the ability to lead through service, support team execution, and ensure dependable, customer-centric IT operations.
Responsibilities: - End User Support (30%)
- Provide responsive and service-oriented IT support for end users as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Assist with security and access-related support within Office 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain and improve IT support processes, ensuring effective documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Hardware & Infrastructure Support (20%)
- Oversee and support corporate and site technology infrastructure, including Unifi cameras and network gear, Butterfly MX access control, and Telecommunication Managed WiFi.
- Troubleshoot and isolate issues, identifying functional workarounds when necessary.
- Act as the primary liaison for vendor management, ensuring accountability and driving results.
- Provide coaching and training to site teams for troubleshooting and escalations.
- IT Security & Administrative Management (20%)
- Administer and manage security policies, automation, and access controls within Office 365 and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices, including identity management, endpoint protection, and incident response coordination.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and efficient environment while also supporting broader IT security initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance IT governance processes, including policy management, risk management, and data protection.
- Project Work & Infrastructure Support (30%)
- Contribute to IT and infrastructure-related projects, implementing new capabilities and supporting system rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT alignment with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve IT processes, workflows, and efficiencies.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Informally lead and mentor another engineer on the team, providing guidance on execution and troubleshooting.
- Act as a sounding board to help develop technical and operational competencies within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and outcome-focused team culture, ensuring a service- and solution-oriented approach.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$120 - $140/yr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
