IT Manager

The Position

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the IT Manager will be responsible for all enterprise information technology assets. Further this position is responsible for compliance with applicable policies/regulatory requirements and best practices for the company's enterprise systems whether on-premises or cloud based.

Key Accountabilities

• Be the principal resource for all IT GRC activities.
• Be the principal resources for all simulated and actual cybersecurity events.
• Manage technology needs within budget targets.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for implementation and support as required.
• Ensure end-user support needs are continually met.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all systems in accordance with business needs.
• Engineer and implement changes to the existing infrastructure with emphasis on security best practices.
• Write and implement policy changes to meet corporate and regulatory (i.e. SOX, NIST, CMMC, etc.) requirements.

Minimum Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, plus a minimum of 5 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
• Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use to make business decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated mastery of business systems in a Windows client/server environment.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, GCC High preferred.
• Technical and/or security certifications (CISM, CISA, CCSP, CISSP, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Experience implementing controls for NIST 800-171, CMMC, or similar frameworks.
• Experience managing change in a commercial ERP system.
• Experience with one or more mainstream programming languages and relational databases (i.e. C , VB, SQL, etc.).
