BENEFITS & COMPENSATION - Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT MANAGER - Lead and manage Business Application projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements
- Manage cross-functional teams in implementing ERP solutions
- Oversee system integration and data management processes
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business processes
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT MANAGER - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of ERP or business systems analyst experience
- Strong knowledge of modern ERP systems
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Experience in leading complex system implementations
