- Oversee and support daily data file transactions, including importing and exporting with customers and external business partners.
- Manage internal databases for TPA and Pharmacy processing systems.
- Enhance customer reporting capabilities and develop improvements in report structure and content.
- Foster relationships with external reporting partners.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop internal production metric reports for business management.
- Ensure compliance with governmental reporting requirements.
- Manage the production of Member ID cards using vendor and internal systems.
- Oversee website development, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Support internal departments with data and technology solutions.
- Lead the development of marketing presentations using various software tools.
- Supervise and provide oversight of IT staff within the department.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior managers across PHC and its' partners.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize technology solutions.
- Define, staff, and implement system development projects in coordination with PHC operating directors and managers.
- Ensure clear communication of project statuses to healthcare business units and service representatives.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to legacy systems.
- Stay updated on technical tools, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and lead a team of information technology professionals.
- Ensure projects achieve cost and benefit targets.
- Promote positive public and Team Member relations at all times.
- Act as the PHC Security Officer and complete HIPAA training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
