bout the Role: - Support leadership to ensure IT projects are organized, structured, defined, and delivered in specified time frames.
- Lead the IT Team, to include programmers, network analysts, Warehouse Management/Database administrators, and EDI/API specialists.
- Develop and plan for all direct reports and cross training expectations ro ensure an internal bench in the IT department.
- Lead all company activities regarding the WMS and other tech projects and needs.
- Interact with prospective and current clients to understand clients' unique needs and test the functionality of the WMS to meet requirements.
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close IT projects to ensure projects meet or exceed timeline, budget and quality expectations.
bout You: - You have 7-10 years experience in program/project Management and business analysis.
- You have prior experience leading an IT team of 4 or more.
- You have advanced SQL programming abilities, and capable of training others.
- You have a strong work ethic, sense of accountability, and responsibility.
- You have previous experience deploying or managing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a multi-client (shared warehouse) environment.
- You have knowledge and experience in WMS integrations with customer systems through EDI, file import/export and API.
- You are able to lead in a professional manner with minimal direct oversight and conduct yourself with a professional and positive attitude toward members of management, coworkers, clients, partners, and other visitors, while dealing with stressful situations.
