Job Overview:
As a Technology Manager with our client, you will be responsible for overseeing and
managing all aspects of information technology infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve
developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, managing software applications,
and providing technical support to our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to
align IT initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and software applications.
• Meraki & Cisco experience preferred
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization
• Microsoft Intune experience
• Office 365 Admin.
Security/Regulatory Requirements
• Ensure data integrity and security of electronic records, and monitor system usage to detect and
prevent data manipulation or loss.
• Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested
regularly.
• Ensure that the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of our client.
infrastructure is operationally maintained in accordance with established protocols and
continually improved where opportunity exists.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and data protection regulations
• Keep up to date with changes to regulatory requirements and industry best practices and
proactively identify areas for improvement within the quality management system.
Software/Projects/Contracts/Budget
• Coordinate and schedule software and hardware installations
• Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth
operation of IT systems
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor vendor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and equipment
• Managing department budget
• Provide project management oversight, input and guidance for complex global or local projects
and initiatives, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Effective Time Management
• The specific tasks and duties as outlined in the current job description will be completed within
the established time frames.
• Working closely with other department managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance
of the company's network
• Ensures IT related projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time and within
budget.

Physical Requirements
