IT Manager
The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining the current network systems and servers, ensuring their stability and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems from potential threats. The IT Manager will provide expert support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Additionally, the IT Manager will oversee the assignment and management of all company devices, ensuring they meet organizational needs and are handled efficiently across the company. This position demands strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and senior management, providing solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our organizational goals
- Oversee the assignment and handling of all company devices
- Managing IT projects
- Ensuring the stability and efficiency of our current network systems and servers
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Ensure all IT practices comply with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments and senior management to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on IT performance, issues and project progress
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field REQUIRED
- Six (6) years of experience in IT management or similar role
- Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, systems management and project management
- Understanding of security protocols, firewalls, and data protection
- Proficiency in managing servers, databases and cloud services
- Familiarity with various software applications and tools relevant to the industry
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
