The CAM Collective is looking for an experienced and hands-on
IT Manager to own and optimize our core technology systems across a fast-growing, multi-entity platform. This is a key individual contributor role, not a team management role-yet. You'll be the go-to person for everything from user setup and troubleshooting to vendor management and system-level integrations.
We're a high-growth, small-but-mighty team supporting a national network of independently run Member Companies in the community association management space. That means our tech stack has to be both scalable and user-friendly-especially for teams who are more experienced in HOA operations than in IT.
What You'll Do: - Serve as the primary systems administrator for key tools, including:
- Google Workspace (required)
- HubSpot (CRM)
- Zoom and Dialpad (communications)
- File storage (Google Drive, Box, etc.)
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for staff across all TCC and Member Company teams
- Manage IT security, permissions, and best practices across tools and teams
- Be the internal help desk: respond to day-to-day troubleshooting requests and resolve issues quickly
- Consult with Member Companies on best practices for local IT setups-virtually, and occasionally during rollout of new systems
- Own the relationship with our managed service provider (MSP)-including evaluating performance and leading the search process if we decide to switch partners
- Evaluate new tools and vendors, and help lead the implementation of select systems across the network
- Document standard operating procedures and train internal users as needed
What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in an IT support or systems admin role
- Must have direct experience as a Google Workspace administrator
- Comfortable managing both user-level troubleshooting and backend configurations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills-you can explain tech to non-technical teammates
- Startup or small business experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Dialpad, and Zoom is a bonus
- Experience managing MSP relationships is a plus (or a willingness to learn)
Why Join The CAM Collective? We're building something special: a next-generation platform that helps small businesses in the HOA/condo management space grow without losing what makes them special-namely, their people and culture. If you're excited by solving problems, building efficient systems, and helping others succeed, you'll fit right in.
