The KLEO Community Family Life Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education, advocacy,
and social services. We provide a wide range of programs, including youth
development, violence prevention, housing assistance, and community engagement
initiatives.

Position Summary
KLEO Community Family Life Center is seeking an IT Manager to oversee and develop
our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The IT Manager will lead efforts in
cybersecurity, network management, software implementation, and IT support,
ensuring seamless operations and safeguarding the organization's digital assets. The
ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in building and managing IT
departments, with expertise in enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and
telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
ï
• IT Infrastructure & Network Management: Develop, maintain, and secure the
organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable internet, network, and telecom
operations across multiple sites.
ï
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce cybersecurity best
practices, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and safeguarding
sensitive information.
ï
• Software & Systems Administration: Oversee enterprise systems, cloud
services, and software applications to improve operational efficiency and data
security.
ï
• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and training for staff,
addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
ï
• Strategic IT Planning: Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with
KLEO's mission and operational goals.

ï
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement,
and budgeting for IT-related expenses.
ï
• Project Management: Lead technology projects, including system upgrades, IT
policy development, and integration of new tools.
Qualifications & Experience
ï
• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in IT leadership roles.
ï
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, software
administration, and enterprise systems.
ï
• Experience implementing and managing cloud-based solutions and IT
security protocols.
ï
• Knowledge of nonprofit IT needs and compliance regulations is a plus.
ï
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
ï
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field (Master's preferred).
ï
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
