We're seeking an IT Manager who can balance technical expertise with exceptional leadership to drive our Credit Union into the future. You'll oversee our technology infrastructure while leading a talented IT team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and our valued members.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop our IT team through coaching, performance management, and strategic guidance
- Ensure security and compliance across all systems while maintaining disaster recovery readiness
- Manage our technology infrastructure including all core systems, networks, and cybersecurity
- Drive strategic IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and member experience
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology implementation projects
What You'll Need:
- College degree in IT-related field or 3-5 years equivalent experience
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in IT
- Strong technical background with core banking systems
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to service excellence
- Passion for developing teams and driving technological innovation
