Where You Start Where You're Headed This position begins as an IT Coordinator & Business Systems Analyst, where you'll oversee IT operations, business systems, and vendor management. Once acclimated, you'll transition into an IT Manager role, building a 2-person IT team with a direct hire under your leadership.

Key Responsibilities Business Systems & Applications: Optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB), troubleshoot applications, and refine business processes.
IT Operations & Infrastructure: Act as the internal IT liaison, oversee escalations with MSPs, ensure system security, and monitor network performance.
Strategic Growth & Leadership: Transition into the IT Manager role and hire an additional IT team member to support business expansion.
What You Bring to the Table 5+ years in IT coordination, business analysis, or infrastructure support.
Database & Networking Expertise: SQL proficiency, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
MSP Experience: Strong background in managing external IT vendors.
Leadership Mindset: Ready to transition into an IT Manager role and guide the growth of the IT team.
Work Schedule & Benefits Location: Northeast Indiana (Primary office in Avilla, IN, with occasional travel to Illinois and Wisconsin)
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + Performance Bonuses
