HOW AN IT MAINTENANCE LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Oversee the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring their secure and optimal performance.
Perform hands-on technical tasks such as computer reimaging, configuration, software/hardware updates, and proactive system maintenance to minimize downtime and address potential issues. Manage the secure handling and processing of equipment, including preparing devices for required holds in compliance with federal regulations, and coordinating the destruction of non-functional or obsolete equipment.
Demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving, and desire to provide a great customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Required Experience: Bachelors' Degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
Required Technical Skills: Technical support, networking, application support, problem solving.
Required Certifications: CompTIA Security+ required within 6 months of start date
Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative and adaptable. Must be able to pass a basic English Language assessment test.
