Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this full time opportunity at NDX National Dentex for a IT LMS Analyst. This is a remote position.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
  • Provide 90% day to day support, including but not limited to New Accounts, LMS email request for system configuration, and IT ticket triage and completion.
  • Participate in cross functional projects documenting requirements and providing LMS system capabilities currently available to drive decisions.
  • Provide regular recaps of project status
  • Provide testing support of new processes implanted from cross functional projects following set Testing documentation.
  • Document and investigate any bugs, issues encountered
  • Participating in Month End processing.
  • Participate in Development discussions for internal LMS processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Management Studio is required.
  • This position must meet the needs of the users, requiring the ability to work within a rapidly changing environment.

  • The position requires someone who can learn quickly and build their own toolbox of solutions and skills to provide value to our clients.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 plus years of experience in Customer service, software related business or similar experience.
  • Ability to travel with advanced notes. This may include some weekend travel. Travel expected less than 10% of the time.
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
  • All office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
