Position Responsibilities - Design and deliver highly available, reliable, and cost-effective hosting solutions that meet our business needs.
- Gather requirements from end users, department heads, and IT teams to ensure holistic solutions.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives, guiding teams towards success.
- Architect, develop, and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) testing, ensuring thorough documentation throughout.
- Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive architectural models prior to POC implementation.
- Document, implement, and regularly review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures, and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Promote discovery activities within IT Hosting Services architecture to foster innovation and effectiveness.
- Advance Risk Management awareness, focusing on disaster avoidance, change management, and effective problem resolution.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix technologies.
- Willingness to travel to branch and international locations as needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage within a matrix and global organization effectively.
