Are you a seasoned IT leader driven to take our IT operations to the next level? Look no further. We're seeking a professional to fill the role of On-Site IT Infrastructure Lead, where you'll spearhead the management of our IT infrastructure, systems, and support services to ensure top-notch efficiency, security, and reliability across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure:
  1. Lead and mentor a dedicated team of IT professionals, overseeing network administrators, security analysts, and support technicians.
  2. Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, including site cabling/fiber, hardware, servers, virtual servers, networks, databases, and cyber security.
  3. Proactively manage system performance, identifying constraints, and implementing optimizations for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
  4. Ensure the scalability, availability, and security of systems, adhering to industry best practices.
  5. Stay abreast of the latest security standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Vendor Management:
  1. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain smooth operation of outsourced IT services, such as cloud hosting and software licensing.
  2. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strong relationships to maximize value and minimize risks.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  1. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in IT.
  2. Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years effectively managing IT operations.
  3. Strong expertise in system administration, virtualization, networking, and security
  4. Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Proven problem-solving abilities and adeptness at troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  6. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  7. Must be able to work on-site.
