REQUIRED SKILLS Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Windows Server operating permissions support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and break/fix skills in a Windows lab environment.
  • Knowledge of Citrix environment support, including publishing applications and troubleshooting connection issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large file server migrations.
  • Familiarity with Citrix environment management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
