About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Engineer at Hinge Health plays a pivotal role in maintaining high availability within our technical landscape. This position centers on managing office infrastructure, encompassing office networks and video conferencing systems, as well as a variety of tasks requiring close interaction with technology, workplace, engineering, security, and other business units.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in architecting and deploying technical solutions across our global networking stack, Audio/Video conferencing systems, cloud infrastructure, and user endpoints. They will be responsible for developing and implementing internal infrastructure solutions, recommending and executing enhancements to IT infrastructure systems, and exhibiting expertise in troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues. Additionally, they will serve as an escalation point for technical support across diverse platforms and oversee various IT projects to meet specified goals and timelines. What You'll Accomplish
  • Develop and implement internal infrastructure solutions.
  • Recommend and execute enhancements to IT infrastructure systems.

  • Provide onsite support for the San Francisco office.
  • Assess and decide on the adoption of new technologies for business advancement.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related technical field
  • Experience with Fortinet, Ruckus, and Ubiquiti networking hardware
  • 5+ years of IT Support or Administration experience, with an emphasis on Mac OS
  • Proficient in MacOS and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Jamf Administration
  • Experience with AI solutions
  • Administrative knowledge of Ubuntu OS.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment
Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000.
