Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, evaluating, and maintaining IT infrastructure and digital networks.
Responsibilities: - Works with team management to design and improve project plans for implementation.
- Maintain a 100% cloud-based Infrastructure presence in Microsoft Azure.
- Maintain a 500 - 1,000-user organization in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, consisting of Intune enrolled workstations using Windows 11, Linux, and macOS.
- Administration of automated workflow tools, network, and server visualization technologies (VM, Kubernetes).
- Assesses current systems to help secure by best practices and balance by complying with policies and compliance
- Optimizing performance of databases, networks, applications, and servers.
- Monitoring operating system performance
- Integrating and leading programs across organizations.
- Managing the security of computer systems and inter-application information transfers.
- Document designs, best practices, and processes for knowledge sharing.
- Provides training to junior members for the improvement of technical support processes.
Preferred Qualifications: - BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS).
- Experience in supporting remote users and brick-and-mortar retail store operations.
- Experience in Google Workspace
- Experience in provisioning resources via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience in Agile practices
Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure monitoring, provisioning and support.
- Direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and its use of Single Sign-On Capabilities (SSO)
- A firm understanding of core network architecture, such as subnetting, routing, and firewalling.
- Experience in working under compliance requirements, such as Payment Card Industry (PCI) and/or Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT Controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies to empower stakeholders and leadership.
Physical Requirements: - This is an onsite role, predominately at our Support Office in Eden Prairie, MN with some travel requirements as necessary

Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience
