IT Infrastructure Engineer

Winnebago Industries is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, with a focus on Active Directory, Azure Cloud, virtual environment, and core infrastructure services. This role will ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of IT operations to support business objectives.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Active Directory Management: Maintain and administer Active Directory (AD), including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), domain controllers, and security configurations.

• Azure Cloud Services: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, including identity management (Azure AD), virtual machines, networking, and cloud security best practices.

• Virtual Infrastructure: Manage virtualized environments, including hosts, management, virtual machines, and storage configurations to ensure high performance and availability.

• Server Administration: Maintain on-premises and cloud-based Windows and Linux servers, ensuring updates, patches, and security compliance.

• Networking & Security: Support core network infrastructure components, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and load balancers, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.

• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.

• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure performance and capacity issues.

• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Terraform, or other scripting tools to streamline operational tasks.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, security frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Incident & Problem Resolution: Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure-related incidents, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of IT experience

• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent

• This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
