About the Role:

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you'll be the first line of support for our teammates across the country. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, apply quick fixes, and help reduce resolution times through thoughtful problem-solving and documentation. You'll work under the guidance of the IT Operations Manager and have the opportunity to build foundational experience in multiple areas of IT-including networking, security, infrastructure, POS systems, and application development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, test, deploy, and document inventory of new technologies (laptops, tablets, desktops, VoIP phones, access points, etc.).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal helpdesk support (via phone, email, ticketing system, and Slack).
  • Accurately create and update tickets in our custom-built IT ticketing system.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting for teammates of all technical skill levels.
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and properly documented.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members with clear documentation.
  • Identify and share feedback on potential improvements to systems and processes.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the IT Operations Manager.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong understanding of PCs, iPads, Android tablets, and related devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365 Suite, Intune, and Defender.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Calm, professional demeanor and a teammate-first mindset.
  • Great time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong documentation skills; familiarity with IT-Glue or similar platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or Associate's Degree in IT (required)
  • CompTIA Network+ or Bachelor's Degree in IT (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $25 - $28.50/hour, based on location, experience and skill
