We're looking for an
IT Help Desk Support professional who thrives on solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day tech support, assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues across a variety of devices and platforms. You'll also help document support issues, maintain accurate asset records, and support IT operations across multiple locations. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working with both people and technology, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect fit.
Requirements :
- Must be willing to travel between local office locations as needed
- Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting onsite network and WMS systems
- Ability to document tasks/issues in a ticketing system such as Jira or Asan
- Knowledge of basic robotics maintenance is a plus
- Ability to meet SLAs and KPIs consistently
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
