Title: IT Helpdesk I
Salary: $23-33/hour
Location: Princeton, NJ
Type: Contract (Potential to Hire)
Main Duties: - Coordinate with Global IT to manage IT asset tracking and administration.
- Lead U.S.-based on-site IT support, working closely with external vendors.
- Partner with IT teams across different locations to continuously improve processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT infrastructure, desktop support, lab equipment, and systems.
- Offer 1st and 2nd line IT support through the helpdesk, handling escalations when necessary.
- Provide technical assistance for U.S. operations.
- Collaborate on the lifecycle of hardware and software, including design, procurement, installation, maintenance, and inventory control.
Desired Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft-based technologies.
- Knowledge of IT systems supporting lab environments and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional service delivery.
- A methodical, independent, and analytical work style.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical IT roles (e.g., IT support, server/network administration, etc.).
- Experience in a biotech or regulated IT environment is advantageous but not essential.
Estimated Min Rate : $23.10
Estimated Max Rate : $33.00
