Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician for a six-month contract to hire position in Chandler, AZ. This role requires all work to be performed on-site. Reliable transportation is essential, as occasional travel to other branches in the Valley will be required (mileage will be reimbursed). Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to internal users troubleshooting Windows-based application issues. - Manage, provision, and maintain user account access to various web portals. - Perform desktop hardware installation, maintenance, and repair. - Maintain and update the inventory system, including conducting physical inventory audits as needed. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role. - Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
