DescriptionWe're Hiring: IT Help Desk Technician Based in Los Angeles Full-Time Onsite Support + Tech Challenges

We're looking for a
skilled, customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. This isn't just about resetting passwords-it's about
being the face of IT support, solving real challenges, and making tech easier for everyone.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWhat You'll Do: • Support Windows desktop/server environments (up to Windows 11 & Server 2022)
• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues like a pro
• Install and configure systems, apps, and printers
• Respond to support calls/emails with clarity and confidence
• Translate "tech speak" into plain English for non-technical users
• Work independently AND collaborate with a smart, supportive team
• Visit nearby sites (yes, reliable transportation is a must.)
What You Bring: • Proven IT help desk experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and troubleshooting tools
• Clear communication and excellent customer service skills
• A passion for tech and a get-it-done mindset
Bonus Points For: • Linux support experience
• PowerShell/Bash scripting
• SQL know-how
