Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician for a position in Columbus, OH.
Skills/Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service, accurately logging tickets, and effectively transitioning and escalating unresolved problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software incidents reported in to the Service Desk
- PC and laptop deployment
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft desktop applications.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned.
- Willing to grow into more responsibilities in the role as experience is gained
- 9:00-5:00 shift
- Client onsite service when required
- On call 1 week, off 3 weeks
Requirements
- 1-2 years IT/admin experience
- Office 365 management experience
- Intermediate Windows OS experience (Mac/Linux is a plus)
- Switching, WLAN and firewall experience
- Customer Service experience
