IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician

Candidate will be providing technical support (primarily Help Desk) to internal users by troubleshooting Windows-based application issues. Will manage, provision, and maintain user account access to various web portals. Candidate will also perform desktop hardware installation, maintenance, and repair and maintain and update the inventory system, including conducting physical inventory audits as needed. Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in IT Support including some experience on an IT Help Desk. Must demonstrate proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite, and be able to pass relevant background and fingerprint checks.
